By purchasing any of our digital products, coaching services, or online training programs, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

✅ Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

1. Live Coaching Programs / Bootcamps

• 100% refund available within 24 hours of enrollment, if less than 10% of the course has been consumed.
• Partial refund (50%) if cancellation is requested within 5 days of enrollment and less than 50% of the content has been accessed.

2. Pre-Recorded / Self-Paced Courses

• Refunds are only eligible within 24 hours of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed.

3. E-Books, Templates, and Digital Resources

• These are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed due to the nature of digital content.

4. 1-on-1 Coaching or Resume Review

• Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a reschedule or 100% refund.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

❌ No Refunds Will Be Provided If:

• You completed more than 20% of any course.
• The refund window has expired.
• You simply change your mind after accessing most of the content.
• You failed to attend live sessions without prior notice.

🔁 Course Transfers & Credit Option

If you’re not eligible for a refund, we may offer:

• Transfer to another batch or session
• Credit towards a different course, valid for 6 months
